A longtime dream of professional floral designer, artist, and lifelong Lowell resident Joanna Hall, The Flower Mill provides a wide variety of both unique and traditional floral arrangements for all occasions while specializing in custom european contemporary designs. 

We pride ourselves on collaborating with you to create the most memorable and unique arrangements we can dream up. You can browse our arrangements page to get ideas or order pieces as is. Please keep in mind that all the photos that you see on our website give you an idea of our esthetic and style, as well as being the "Premium Choice" of each arrangement. Looking for a different price range? Call us and we will work with your budget in order to get something out for you and your loved ones! If you have a favorite color or type of flower in mind let us know and we'll create something based off that.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. Orders placed for same day delivery will be limited to what is available in the store that day - please be aware that this mat effect your order. 

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. We are more than happy to work with you if you have questions about scheduling a delivery, so please reach out to us. We're always here to serve you and make your flower-sending experience a pleasure.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 2 days prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.
